Hi, I’m Bill Johnson. I’m a Lopez Island real estate broker with a decade of experience helping people make clear, confident decisions. I take a practical, responsive approach backed by years in sales, business, and project management — listening first, then communicating clearly every step of the way.

Since moving to Lopez in 2010, I’ve been active in the community and currently serve as Treasurer for both the Lopez Island Chamber of Commerce and Housing Lopez.

Outside of real estate, I participate in the island’s creative and community life — music, events, and writing. I’ve been married to Karen Johnson since 1994 and am a stepfather to five and grandfather to six.
